How
do I change the font and style for a greeting that I have written
myself?
Click on the text area with your right mouse button(Windows) or
option click(Mac), then click on Font. You may select a Font, Style,
Alignment, point Size, and Color.
I made changes to the font but
when I click Accept it says, 'This Font will overflow - Please
pick another Combination.' What do I do?
The selections you made will exceed the area available for printing.
You will not be able to proceed by clicking Accept. Select a smaller
font size or different font, then try again.
How do I change
my printer's settings in Windows?
Go to Start, Settings, and then the Printers folder. Click once
on your printer's icon, then from the File menu select Properties
(NT users select Document Defaults). Select the Setup tab, then
set Print Quality to Best or Normal.
Can I save my favorite card or

I selected a greeting from the list on your site but what printed was just an 'a'.
We have identified a problem with some printer drivers in Windows 95 and 98. We expect to release an update of the printQuick plug-in soon to fix this problem.
I wrote a message in the text area for one of your greeting cards but the printed card had text cut off.
Some of the newer printer drivers from HP have demonstrated this problem with our plug-in. A planned update to the printQuick plug-in will fix this problem.
When
I import my own image into a greeting card then select a greeting
the image is lost. Am I doing something wrong?
No you're not doing anything wrong, this is just the way it works.
Try to make it a habit to choose your greeting first if you are
using one of ours - or - write one of your own.

Click 'Select Greeting' to view the greetings page. Among the
selections is one for "Write your own".

Under Windows 95 the Plus package adds a feature for 'Smooth edges
of screen fonts', try this upgrade.
